W dniu 09 czerwca 2025 roku w ramach wymiany kadry akademickiej (program Erasmus+), Instytut Zarządzania Uniwersytetu Szczecińskiego gościł Panią doktor Elizabeth Coker-Farrell z Concordia University of Edmonton w Kanadzie. Podczas wizyty Pani doktor spotkała się z Dyrektorem Instytutu Zarządzania, prof. dr. hab. inż. Kesrą Nermend, jak i pracownikami Wydziału, między innymi: Panią dr Agnieszką Gozdek, Panią dr Alicją Nerć-Pełką oraz Panią dr Hanną Soroka-Potrzebną. Podczas spotkań omówiono aktualne i przyszłe obszary współpracy pomiędzy oboma Uniwersytetami w obszarze badań naukowych, wymiany studentów, kadry, jak i organizacji wspólnych wydarzeń naukowych.
O godzinie 12:00 Pani doktor poprowadziła warsztat dla studentów kierunku Business Management poświęcony tematyce zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w projektach. W trakcie wydarzenia studenci aktywnie uczestniczyli w zajęciach, a także zadawali pytania związane zarówno z poruszaną tematyką, jak i możliwościami realizowania studiów za granicą.
Wizyta Pani doktor Elizabeth Coker-Farrell była nie tylko okazją do cennego dialogu, ale także inspiracją do rozwijania międzynarodowych inicjatyw.

On June 9, 2025, as part of an academic exchange program (Erasmus+), the Institute of Management at the University of Szczecin hosted Dr. Elizabeth Coker-Farrell from Concordia University of Edmonton in Canada. During her visit, Dr. Coker-Farell met with the Director of the Institute of Management, Prof. Kesra Nermend, as well as with the faculty members, including Dr. Agnieszka Gozdek, Dr. Alicja Nerć-Pełka, and Dr. Hanna Soroka-Potrzebna. During the meetings, current and future areas of cooperation between the two universities in the field of scientific research, student and staff exchanges, as well as the organization of joint scientific events were discussed.
At 12:00 p.m., Dr. Coker-Farrell led a workshop for Business Management students on the topic of human resource management in projects. During the event, students actively participated in the classes and asked questions related to both the topic discussed and the possibilities of studying abroad.
Dr. Elizabeth Coker-Farrell’s visit was not only an opportunity for valuable dialogue, but also an inspiration to develop international initiatives.
